Shipping and Delivery Policy:

We know when someone orders a book, it is not just a parcel. Sometimes it is for a child who is starting school. Sometimes it is for exam preparation. Sometimes it is a gift. That is why we do not treat orders casually.

Rabia Book House has been operating since 1963 from Urdu Bazar Lahore. We have built our name slowly, through trust and repeat customers. Our online delivery follows the same principle. Simple, clear, and reliable.

Delivery Coverage:

We deliver books all across Pakistan. This includes Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Sialkot, Gujranwala, Hyderabad, Abbottabad and Bahawalpur.

If you live in a smaller city or even a rural area, we will still ship your order. Delivery time may be slightly longer depending on your location, but we do not refuse orders based on city size.

Delivery Time:

Orders inside Lahore usually reach within 2 to 3 working days.
For other major cities, delivery normally takes 3 to 5 working days.

For remote areas, it can take 5 to 7 working days.

These are normal timelines. During public holidays or heavy exam seasons, courier companies sometimes get overloaded. If there is any delay, we try to inform customers in advance.

Delivery Charges:

Our standard delivery charge is Rs 300 anywhere in Pakistan.
If your total order amount is above Rs 5000, delivery is free.

There are no hidden handling charges. We believe in clear pricing. The amount shown at checkout is the final amount you pay.

Order Processing:

Once you place an order, we process it within 24 hours.

Before dispatch, we confirm the order through call, SMS, WhatsApp or email. This step helps avoid wrong addresses and unnecessary returns.
After dispatch, tracking details are shared so you can follow your parcel.

Payment Methods:

We understand that customers prefer different payment options, so we keep it flexible.

Cash on Delivery is available nationwide.
We also accept bank transfers.
EasyPaisa and JazzCash are available for customers who prefer digital payment.
You can choose whatever feels safe and convenient.

Failed Delivery:

If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt delivery two times.
If both attempts fail due to unavailability or incorrect contact details, the parcel will be returned and the order will be cancelled.
We request customers to keep their phone number active and respond to courier calls to avoid inconvenience.

Delivery delays can sometimes happen due to weather conditions or courier operational issues. These situations are outside our control, but we always try to cooperate and resolve matters quickly.
In rare cases where a book goes out of stock after ordering, we inform the customer and may cancel the order with proper communication.
